David Jones held off Graeme Elliott for the win in a closely contested event
The day shaped up and was a great day for sailing. NW/W breeze 8-15 kts so the course was set up with the start line from the IGA shelter having a long tack north to a rounding mark then a long run down to 2 marks forming a gate.
The breeze as usual flicked all over the place in certain sections of the lake. Unfortunately the 1st rounding mark finished up to be one of these spots late in the day.
With Kevin working his magic on the handicap board we had wins of 3 for Lewis, 2 for Ross, Greg, John W, and1 each for Graeme, David J, David R and Steve L.
All in all there were few issues but what contacts etc were sorted out calmly with no agro. Thanks again to all who helped set up and dismantle today.
